What is Covered: This covers all non-human internal mechanical failures, including:
Irregular timekeeping (deviations beyond professional tolerances).
Movement seizure or mechanical stoppage.
Failure of automatic winding mechanisms or power reserve components.
Calendar or chronograph complications malfunctioning under normal use.
What is Not Covered (Accidental/Human Damage):
External damage: Scratches, dents, or broken crystals from drops.
Water damage: Failures caused by operating the crown underwater or failing to screw it down securely.
Third-party tampering: Any attempt to open or repair the watch by an unauthorized technician without our prior consent.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
